A series of shots taken in Windy Harbour on the southwest coast of Western Australia.
This little guy adapted to his environment, he frequents traffic islands on most roads across Australia, as they used to forage for supplies it meant having to cross blistering hot roads . You used to hear them coming for miles as they hopped and clapped their little feet together in mid air, sort of hop—clap—hop! Thongs or flip flops as they are sometimes called couldnt be found in frog sizes. SO………..according to Georges theory of evolution they developed wings. Problems still arise unfortunately, they now have to develop body Armour to protect them when they get splatted on windscreens.
I have passed this so many times on the way to Kattaning, this clever farmer shows his penchant for Vegemite, job well done I think?
Went for a drive on sunday, and found some bizzare things, like the cactus growing in the gutter of an old generator shed in Harrismith WA and some art work on a farmers dam in the back blocks of Dumbleyung WA
